Background The Italian branch of a German multinational which is leader in the production of surface finishing and shot blasting systems as well as process technologies for the optimum surface finishing of metal parts and other components, wants to strengthen its presence and knowledge of the Egyptian market. In particular the company wants to establish new institutional contacts and collect first hand information about public investments procedures, financial facilities and industrial development policies. Project Profile Onemedit’s mandate is to represent the Italian branch on the Egyptian market through Onemedit Egypt Ltd and to develop the following activities: -to represent the Italian company on behalf of the public and governmental sector and on behalf of the international organizations which operate in the country; -to establish stable relationships with these operators and organize promotional meetings with them; -to gather first hand information about biddings and national and international tenders for the furniture of the Italian company products; -to write periodic reports about the activities developed and results achieved. The project now After the subscription of the collaboration agreement, Onemedit has started the definition of a first six months-programme and objectives under the supervision of the client company.
