Project Profile An Italian company leader in the production of rolling shutters accessories that exports its production all around the world including the Arab countries, planes to enter on the Egyptian market. The company intends to establish a stabile relationship with Egyptian manufacturers of rolling shutters, operating on industrial level, or, alternatively, one or more accessories distributors. Onemedit's role Through its office located in Cairo, Onemedit will operate on behalf of the client by exploring the potential offered by the Egyptian market in the sector, and selecting of the operators according to the profile requested by the Italian company. Planned activities: - market analysis;
- research and selection of most relevant operators of the sector according to profile requested by the client;
- organization and realization of ad hoc meetings with Egyptian operators aimed at the Italian company presentation;
- organization of B2B meetings in Egypt between the client and the selected partners and assistance during the meetings.
