Exporting companies: Istanbul and Izmir at the first and second place 
 
According to last data published by the Turkish press agency Anka, Istanbul is the Turkish province that counts 22.000 exporting companies and that generates the 55,7% of the overall Turkish export in the world. Bursa, Izmir, Kocaeli e Ankara follow.
Istanbul has also the most number of exporting companies followed by Izmir (3.534) seguita da Bursa (2.510), Ankara (2.389), Gaziantep (774), Kocaeli (732), Konya (706), Adana (676), Denizli (676), Mersin (606) and Kayseri (565).
