Background A Tunisian club specialized in horses rental and horses tours called Centre d’Animation Equestre Belvédère de Tunis (C.A.E.T.B.) contacted the Italian National Body for Horses guides (E.N.G.E.A.) in order to test and certificate a Tunisian horses-route which will be included in a holiday proposal for the European, American and Japanese market.
In order to guarantee the fulfilment of the project and to facilitate the communication between the parties, the Tunisian operator has asked to Onemedit to follow the communication process and to provide linguistic assistance before and during the realization of the horse-tour in Tunisia. Onemedit’s mandate is to give all linguistic assistance needed during the negotiation and the communication between the Tunisian club and E.N.G.E.A. for the tour project. In particular, Onemedit will guarantee its support for the following activities: -translation of each single communication between the parties until the definition of the tour program; -to follow negotiations and to help communication between the operators involved; -to provide linguistic assistance during the horse-tour in Tunis.
The project now Onemedit is assisting step by step the communication between the Tunisian operator and E.N.G.E.A. which have decided to organize the Tunisian tour.
