SIAB represents the largest and most important Italian exhibition and one of the most important European exhibitions dedicated to the following sectors:

technologies, raw materials and semi-finished goods for the production of bread, pastry, pizza and pasta.

 

The operators participating to the event are:

owners of bakeries, pizzerias, restaurateurs, pasta-makers and pastry-confectionery;

agro-foods industries in bread, confectionery, pizza and pasta sectors;

flour milling industries;

distributors and commercial mediators;

producers of furniture for bakeries;

packaging companies; maintenance,

plant and installation technicians;

catering;

consulting and service companies;

 

After the impressive success of Siab Egypt (organized by Onemedit in collaboration with Veronafiere) (as part of HACE Hotel Expo 2009, 9-12 November 2009, Cairo) and of Siab Brazil (as part of Fispal Food Service, 15-18 June 2009, San Paolo) other international events for the SIAB are being planned.  

 

Veronafiere commissioned Onemedit to promote SIAB among the operators of the sector in Algeria, Tunisia, Syria, Egypt e Libya and to select a delegation of them to accompany in Italy during the fair in May and to assists during BtoB meetings with the exhibitors.
