Siab is the international exhibition dedicated to bread, pasta, pizza, pastry and ice-cream technologies, raw materials and semi-finished products. Organized by Veronafiere in cooperation with Ipack-Ima spa. During last edition, in 2004, more than 550 exhibitors attended the event, over a show area totalling about 60,000 sq.m., attracting specialist visitors from all over the world.
This year you will find dynamic and innovative events dedicated to companies, people and preparation methods for bread, pastry, pizza, pasta and ice cream organised in cooperation with the most important national and international sector associations, specialized magazines and main sponsors. More innovation and greater internationalization; areas dedicated to machinery for confectioners and ice-cream are expanded, with particular focus on packaging for the bread industry and raw materials (as well as complementary sectors such as logistics and traceability).
